Do you want to work in a dynamic role dealing with income, allocations and housing management?

Our client, an organisation based in Staffordshire is looking for a Housing Officer, to assist in a service providing advice and information to their customers.

Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Working across income, allocations and housing management
  • Providing advice and information to new and existing customers
  • Sustaining and supporting tenancies
  • Conducting risk-based tenancy reviews
  • Maximising income
  • Dealing with rent recovery

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within Social Housing (Income Collection)
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Educated to GCSE level
