Our client, an organisation based in Staffordshire is looking for a Housing Officer, to assist in a service providing advice and information to their customers.
Duties of the Housing Officer role will include, but is not limited to:
- Working across income, allocations and housing management
- Providing advice and information to new and existing customers
- Sustaining and supporting tenancies
- Conducting risk-based tenancy reviews
- Maximising income
- Dealing with rent recovery
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within Social Housing (Income Collection)
- Enhanced DBS
- Educated to GCSE level
