Permanent - £29,495 per annum

Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced

Responsibilities will include:

  • Co-ordinate, support and deliver quality housing and community safety services that meet performance targets and objectives and encourage customer loyalty
  • Deliver high performance in a range of areas (including but not limited to debt, re-let, satisfaction and community safety) which maximise profit and minimises loss
  • Deliver housing services across a range of products including but not limited to tenants, leaseholders, shared owners and students and in partnership with managing agents, contracted stock and outsourced providers
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and partners to ensure that services delivered are effective and offer the best outcomes and value for money
  • Engage with customers, through statutory and more informal consultation processes, in issues that impact on their tenancy or lease agreement
  • Provide low level support to customers to sustain tenancies, including debt advice and adaptations
  • Provide information and support to victims and witness of anti-social behaviour, including agreeing action plans
  • Maintain statistical information to enable performance monitoring and review
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience that keeps customers, themselves and other colleagues safe and that fully comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with a range of colleagues across the business to deliver a great service and contribute to ensuring that the customer voice is heard and acted upon

The Successful person will have:

  • Maths and English GCSE A -C or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
