Housing Paralegal required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 6 month period.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to undertake a varied role within a busy team.

This position will involve assisting the housing solicitors with a wide range of matters, which will include;

  • Dealing with possession claims
  • Assisting Solicitors on large regeneration projects
  • Managing small caseload of housing files
  • Preparing bundles

Our client is looking for the successful candidate to deal with cases quickly and efficiently, chasing up court hearings or eviction dates, all the while keeping clients informed. You will also maintain and update a monthly report to clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous housing experience, and any experience of working within a local authority would be beneficial. It is really important for our client that the successful Paralegal has a can-do attitude, and is able to demonstrate great teamwork and prioritisation qualities.

The office is easy to reach, located within walking distance from the nearest train station.
