Part time position - 3 days a week

Do you have experience in dealing with ASB and tenancy management issues?

Our client, an organisation based in Brigg is looking for a Housing Support Officer

Duties of the Housing Support Officer role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Carrying out risk assessments
  • Conduct viewings and tenancy visits
  • Independant living
  • Dealing with general anti-social behaviour
  • Progressing anti-social behaviour cases to resolution
  • Carrying out support plans
  • Undertaking regular estate inspections

The successful candidate will have:

  • Housing experience
  • A full driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use - Preferred
  • Enhanced DBS
  • NVQ -Preferred but not essential
