Housing Support Officer
Full Time, FTC 12 months
Nottinghamshire
Hours: 37 hours Monday-Friday
Salary: £22,765
Sellick Partnership are working with a public sector client based in Nottinghamshire who are currently seeking 2 Housing Support Officers to join them as part of their new Housing Management structure.
The role is initially offered on a 12 month basis but there is a likelihood the posts will become permanent if they prove a success to the new structure
Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker include:
- Managing a patch of properties
- Completing home visits
- Advising tenants on tenancy issues such as rents and ASB
- Completing viewings and sign-ups
- Aiding with claims for housing benefits and Universal Credit
- Encouraging tenancy sustainment
- Completing regular estate inspections
The role requires a UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle.
