Housing Support Worker

Housing Support WorkerDerby (DE24)Part Time -3 days per week6 months Duties of the Housing Support Worker role will include, but is not limited to:
  • Supporting clients with a history of rough sleeping that have complex needs including substance misuse and mental health issues
  • Aiding them to sustain their tenancies and achieve independent living
  • Creating support plans and completing risk assessments
  • Aiding with move on into new suitable accommodation
  • Addressing safeguarding concerns
  • Signposting clients to access other services
  • Developing and maintaining effective partnerships with local agencies
The successful candidate will have:
  • An enhanced DBS
  • Knowledge of the Housing First Model would be advantageous
