Housing Support Worker

We are recruiting for a social housing provider in Denbighshire who is looking for an experienced Housing Support Worker to join their team on an ongoing basis
Duties of the Housing Support Worker role will include, but are not limited to:
- Making home visits to vulnerable clients faced with homelessness
- Promoting clients independence and assisting with life skills
- Liaising with agencies
- Signposting clients to access services in the community
- Aiding with access to education and employment opportunities
- Re-engaging clients into the community
Essential criteria of the Housing Support Worker include:
- Enhanced DBS
- UK Drivers' license and access to a vehicle
