We are recruiting for a social housing provider in Staffordshire who is looking for an experienced Housing Team Leader to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis

Duties of the Housing Team Leader will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the neighbourhood management team
  • Managing day to day needs of housing stock and efficient lettings
  • Supporting housing officers to provide an effective response to anti-social behaviour
  • Supporting, supervising and setting standards across the team
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Delivering services based on client needs

Essential criteria of the Housing Team Leader include:

  • DBS
  • UK Drivers' license and access to a vehicle
