HR Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work along side an established HR team during a period of increased workload. The role is for a period of approximately 2-3 months. This is a part time role working 25 hours per week.

The role predominately involves leading on a project to ensure all employee files are fully compliant. This will include; ensuring documentation such as references, right to work, contract information and job decriptions are up to date and recorded. Where information is missing, you will be required to request the information and ensure all information is obtained in a timely manner.

As part of the role, you may also be required to assist and support the HR team on general matters such as policy and procedures, inputting new starters, leavers, sickness absence onto the database, acting as first point of contact for the HR team and dealing with general queries.

This role requires good attention to detail, experience of using Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Candidates will need to demonstrate recent and relevant experience gained within a similar role. HR experience is highly desirable however candidates who demostrate strong administration experience will also be considered.
