This is fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to develop their experience within a regional law practice and to play a pivotal role in shaping and influencing the HR function within the business.
The business is looking to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive HR administrator to work closely with the senior leadership team, dealing with varied and interesting work.
- Dealing with all aspects of the employment life cycle including, interviews, onboarding of new joiners, amendments to contract terms, administration around leavers.
- General HR administration - annual leave management, pension queries, DBS administration.
In reward for your enthusiasm and proactive approach to the role, there is genuine opportunity to develop within the role. Previous HR Administration experience is highly desirable however candidates wishing to cut their teeth in a busy HR function who are able to demonstrate previous strong administration skills are also encouraged to apply.
Salary is £20,000 + pension.
