We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a highly regarded not for profit organisation in Greater Manchester. You will be joining a supportive and well established HR department.
The role of the HR Advisor is to manage a high volume caseload of employee relations matters such as grievances, absence management, disciplinaries, performance management and gross misconduct with the support of a HR Business Partner to assist when required in more complex matters.
The HR Advisor will also run both one to one and small group training sessions with managers.
This position operates to a high degree of autonomy and therefore the successful candidate should feel comfortable working both on their own and as part of the wider team.
The role will be based primarily in the city centre and wider Greater Manchester region with some travel required throughout the North West and South Yorkshire areas. All locations are accessible by public transport.
The organisation promotes agile working with the role being office based 3 days a week and home based 2 days a week. You will be encouraged to work from other sites a couple of times a month.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing high volume ER cases. You will ideally either be CIPD qualified, working towards qualification or the willingness to study for qualification.
