A global retail business based in South Manchester are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their well established HR team. This is genuinely a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for a step up into a HR Advisor role or those wishing to build on and gain further exposure.
As HR Advisor you will act as first point of contact for HR queries into the team; providing advice on a wide range of HR topics whilst delivering a first class service to stakeholders.
- Provide solution-focused advice and support on a wide range of HR topics
- Act as a single point of contact for employees and managers
- Engage with middle managers to build a culture of trust through regular relationship partnering meetings (RPM's)
- Support recruitment and sifting processes
- Review, implement, manage and maintain HR policies and procedures that fit business needs and are legally compliant
Candidates will need to demonstrate previous experience of working at HR Advisor / Senior HR Assistant/Coordinator level with a good level of knowledge, confidence and credibility to be able to provide comprehensive advice to employees and managers within the business. Ideally the HR Advisor will also be qualified to CIPD Level 5 and have a real passion and enthusiasm for developing their HR career.
