Sellick Partnership are currently working with a registered trade union to appoint two HR Advisors on a temporary basis. There is a full time vacancy at 35 hours and a part time vacancy at 17.5 hours available. Immediate starts are required.

The HR Advisors will assist in the provision of services for members, activists and branches within the Northern Region. This will include advice and representation on education, employment and professional practice matters.

- Oversee employment relation cases to include; sickness, grievance, TUPE transfers and disciplinaries

- Work with members in the resolution of complex issues

- Provide confidential advice and guidance to members

Taking care of existing members will be your primary role, but you'll also see the possibilities that new members can bring. A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to grow current memberships.

The office is based in Sunderland however the team are currently working remote. You may be required to attend face to face meetings depending on the nature of various cases however most will be carried out via Microsoft Teams.
