Our client, a busy NHS organisation located just outside of Leeds, has an urgent requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to join the HR team for a period of around 3-4 months.
This is a varied and fast paced role where the successful HR Advisor will support change management programmes, provide advice at formal ER hearings alongside providing support to all managers and staff across the Trust.
Demonstrable experience of managing complex people management matters alongside uptodate knowledge and experience is highly desirable. Previous NHS experience would be advantageous however those with relevant experience from the wider public or private sectors are also encouraged to apply.
