HR Advisor required to join a rapidly growing private organisation based in Liverpool. My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is an experienced HR Advisor to join their dynamic and growing HR function in a well-established organisation on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the HR Advisor you will be working with the HR Manager assisting with the management of all recruitment and on-boarding processes alongside other duties below:
Key responsibilities of the HR Advisor
- Preparing and administering recruitment processes
- Vetting applications and performing background checks
- Maintaining and managing employee records
- Assist with payroll calculations
- Deal with all HR queries
- Provide guidance and advice on ER matters
- Coach managers through disciplinaries, grievances and investigations
Required skills and experience of the HR Advisor
- Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Recent HR experience
- Experience working in a fast paced people function
- Knowledge of employment law
- Ability to use own initiative and prioritise workload
