HR Advisor

I am currently working with a busy NHS trust who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to their established HR team, initially for 6 months.

The main scope of the role is to deal with general employee relations work including:

- Undertaking disciplinaries

- Attendance managements cases

- Investigations

The wider remit of the role will include advising manager in a range of HR Operational matters. This will include: interpretation and application of policies and terms & conditions, supporting line managers in recruitment and selection, advising and supporting managers on matters of change management alongside undertaking general HR tasks as required.

Person specification

To be considered for this role, candidates will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified and with previous advisor experience. Previous NHS experience is highly desirable however recent and relevant experience gained from the wider public sector or from the private sector are also encouraged to apply.
