A PE backed manufacturing organisation are looking to increase the value added by the senior team by bringing on board an ambitious HR Business Partner with true generalist experience to develop the HR function, add value to the wider business and really drive change and growth in the business.
The senior management team you will work alongside have a true appreciation for the value HR bring to a business and as such you will have the full backing to develop the department in the way you see fit from Policy & Procedure, right the way through to commercial and strategic decision making. You really will affect change be part of the growth journey.
- Prioritise HR requirements from day 1 to affect immediate change
- Be a true HR Business Partner with the leadership team to drive commercial value and succession planning
- Design and deliver the recruitment strategy
- Develop line managers and provide accountability
- Coordinate the performance review process
- Review and implement HR data systems and dashboards
This is an incredible opportunity for a HR Business Partner with experience delivering in a standalone capacity, who wants to take hold of a department and develop a team around them whilst advancing their career and driving business growth.
To be successful in this role, you will come from a manufacturing or multi-site organisation, have strong HR generalist experience with a real focus on bringing the company up to date with HR procedures, utilisation of HR data systems, commercial awareness and true HR Business Partnering skills.
