A owner manager manufacturing organisation are looking to increase the value added by the senior team by bringing on board an ambitious HR Business Partner with true generalist experience to develop the HR function, add value to the wider business and really drive efficiencies and continuous improvement across the business.
You will work alongside and report to the Operations Director who has a true appreciation for the value HR bring to a business and as such you will have the full backing to improve HR processes from Policy & Procedure, right the way through to commercial and strategic improvements whilst assisting with your career development from HR Business Partner to HR Manager.
- Prioritise HR requirements from day 1 to affect immediate change
- Be a true HR Business Partner with the leadership team to drive commercial value and succession planning
- Design and deliver the recruitment strategy
- Continue to develop line managers and provide accountability
- Coordinate the performance review process
- Be the face to HR across 3 sites across Merseyside (95% of time spent at main site)
This is an incredible opportunity for someone with experience and wish to get experience at the next level and/or in a standalone capacity, who wants to take hold of a department and develop the management team around them whilst advancing their career.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally come from a manufacturing or multi-site organisation, have strong HR generalist experience at a HR Advisor or Business Partner level with a real focus on driving efficiencies, improving the company skill sets and assisting in directional change within the business whilst being a true HR Business Partner.
