Sellick Partnership are currently supporting a North East based housing association with the recruitment of a HR Business Partner on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will provide an effective operational service in all aspects of human resource management to defined departments to help them achieve their objectives. This is a part time position (31 hours) and the successful candidate can either be based in Gosforth or Stanley.

Responsibilities:

  • This role is a real mix of hands-on HR delivery from providing HR advice and guidance to managers, leading organisational change, managing employee relations casework, coaching line managers, developing, maintaining and implementing effective and efficient HR policies, procedures and toolkits, updating employee files, reviewing people metrics to identify issues and trends, agreeing appropriate interventions and supporting service improvement projects and OD initiatives.

Desirable:

  • The successful candidate will have extensive and comprehensive HR knowledge of employment law and operational HR expertise with an evidenced track record of achievement and personal impact. Ability to demonstrate credibility as a consultative business partner and your ability to build strong relationships with managers is key.
