HR Business Partner
This is a truly unique opportunity to join a not for profit / values led organisation and have the opportunity as a HRBP to impact and make a difference to people in the region as well as the employees of the organisation.
Joining a cohesive and supportive HR team, you will be a one of a small number of HRBP's and will support a number of business areas. As HRBP you will provide advise and support to managers on complex employee relations issues alongside providing strategic advice and involvement to the organisation. You will also have as HRBP the scope to develop the recently implemented HR and OD strategy and be involved in project work.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation as over the next 12 months there will be some change and transformation happening.
We encourage candidates with Business Partnering experience who are able to demonstrate involvement in high volume, complex casework in a fast paced environment. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate that they offer a solutions focused, best practice approach.
Candidates will ideally be CIPD qualified.
