Urgent requirement for an In-House Advocate to join a popular regulatory body for 12 months - don't miss out!

My client is seeking a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE with a focus and commitment to continuous improvement.

The in-house advocate will be responsible for providing legal and advocacy services to the Fitness to Practise (FTP) team.

The role requires an advocate with experience of preparing and presenting fitness to practise cases in the regulatory healthcare sector (or similar).

You will have responsibility for preparing cases for hearings before the Fitness to Practise Committee (FTPC), Registrations Appeals Committee (RAC) and the High Court (if qualified), and for presenting cases on behalf of the organisation as required.

The successful In-House Advocate will also provide legal advice and support to the FTP directorate, and to the rest of the organisation, as required and will play a significant role in supporting and developing the investigation team.

You will join on a temporary contract with a remuneration of £145.45-171.08 per day with a view to be on the team for at least 12 months.
