In-House Counsel

We are currently recruiting for an in-house legal counsel to join a busy in-house legal team within a higher education based in central London.

The role involves dealing with a mixed caseload of commercial contracts, immigration, employment and data protection law. Your role will to give legal advice to students and academics on a range of topics. Building and maintaining relationships with clients is essential to the position. You may also have to give training to new staff and non-legal staff.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a higher education organisation or within a similar role in-house. It is essential to have experience of giving legal advice to a range of clients. Ideally, you will be 4+ years PQE however other CVs will still be accepted.
