A dynamic and proactive business are experiencing a period of high growth and are looking to recruit an in-house legal expert to undertake all commercial legal activities for the organisation.

This is a stable and interesting business, and the executive team are looking for a like minded, commercial lawyer to work with them on all aspects of legal transactions, as well as supporting the exec team on commercial decisions and risk. You will have an entrepreneurial streak and enjoy working very closely with a dynamic team.

You will have a background of working either within a corporate commercial department at a very well regarded law firm, OR you will be already working in-house as a lead legal counsel. You will be 2+ PQE and will be looking for a role which will challenge you, and enable you to achieve great results.

The role will be 20-30 hours per week, mostly office based once the business is back on location. For the time being, you will be home based, until further notice, and once back, there will be some flexibility for home based working.
