A leading international business with an established and extensive legal function are looking for an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their team as an In-House Legal Counsel.
Our client has been through a period of transformation and success in recent years, and have continued plans for expansion and profit growth. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a busy department, working with an energetic and supportive team
As a senior member of the legal team you will have responsibility for provision of legal advice on commercial contracts and agreements across a board spectrum of suppliers and partners.
The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of commercial law specifically with exposure to a wide variety of commercial agreements. Ideally the role would suit someone with a minimum of 5 years PQE, who is commercially focused and is a confident, pragmatic Commercial Solicitor.
Our client is also looking for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders both in the UK and internationally. In-house experience is welcomed but not essential.
