An Income Assistant required to join a public sector organisation based in Walton on Thames. My client is currently recruiting an experienced Income Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis.
As the Income Assistant you will be responsible for providing effective and accurate income services.
Key responsibilities of the Income Assistant:
- Dealing with general phone enquiries
- Setting up Direct Debit payments
- Allocating posts and allocating income cases to income officers
- General administrative duties including filing and scanning
Required skills and experience of the Income Manager:
- Previous social housing and income experience is essential
- Must be available at short notice
