Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking an Income Officer for our client based in Stevenage to ensure that all relevant goals in the project are met. You will be responsible for the delivery of an excellent income recovery, maximising income collection and delivering a modern, accessible, efficient and effective service

Key responsibilities of the Income Officer:

  • Maximise the collection of arrears by being proactive in contacting tenants, providing them with clear information and recovery options
  • Prevent debt through early intervention
  • Manage rent accounts and other related debts on a regular basis
  • Negotiate repayment agreements with tenants to clear arrears
  • Ensure recovery actions are taken within set timescales and according to relevant policy
  • Represent in court when necessary

Required skills and experience of the Income Officer:

  • Previous experience in Income Recovery/Rent Arrears is essential
  • Basic DBS
  • Full UK Driving Licence
