Income Officer

Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire

Part time, 18.5 Hours - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

£14,675.00 based on an FTE of £29,350.00 + Essential Car Payment

Duties of the Income Officer role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Delivering a customer focused income management service within a designated patch
  • Proactive work on rents and service charge, leasehold, support charge
  • Preventing tenant arrears and maximising income
  • Delivering Housing Management services to elderly and vulnerable
  • Attending court

Required:

  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle
