Information Governance Locum
Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for an experienced information governance locum to assist a Local Authority in the South East. The role will be to commence at the start of July and will be for a minimum of 6 months.
Duties would include;
- Supporting Corporate IG leads across the Council on adhering to the processes for completing DPIAs and logging Information Security Incidents and hosting monthly meetings of IG leads
- Producing 6 weekly reports for FOIs, SARs and Information Security incidents to the Information Management Group and Corporate Management team (with support from colleagues in legal)
- Keeping Corporate IG policies under review
- Assisting in the roll out of Software module for the automation of the process for dealing with FOI requests.
The client will consider an qualified lawyer or an experienced governance professional. Public sector experience is highly desirable.
The role will be fully remote and will be considered on a full time or part time (25 hours +) basis.
