A well-regarded London council is seeking two Information Governance Officers to join their friendly, busy team on long-term locum contracts.

My client expects the contracts will be for 12 months and there is also the potential to lead to permanent opportunities within the department. You can work remotely if this is your preference (from the UK only).

Due to the high volume of applications, we ask that you please only apply for this opportunity if you have handled the essential experience below in a public sector organisation.

Essential experience:

  • Redacting Subject Access Requests (SAR)
  • Handling Freedom of Information (FOI) requests

Desirable experience:

  • Risk assessments
  • Knowledge of government frameworks, ISO and NCSC

The successful Information Governance Officers will be joining an excellent team and organisation, with a really flexible and positive culture. We have had great feedback from our locums who have worked there.

To be considered for this role, you must be available immediately or on short notice.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Chloë Cameron in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
