We are recruiting to an exciting opportunity within a highly-reputable London Borough Council for an Information Manager.

This is a remote working role paying £30 per hour. The assignment will begin on a 3 month contract, with a view to proceed on a rolling basis.

The duties of this role will include but not limited to:

  • Managing a team of 6 Information Officers/Coordinators
  • Overseeing the management of the Information Management function dealing with Freedom of Information requests, data loss investigations, Subject Access Requests, Data Protection requests
  • Deliver training for and advise the wider teams at the Council on Information Governance matters

Ideally, my client is looking for somebody available on short-note with management experience within an Information Governance team who has a good understanding of the functions mentioned above. On offer is a remote working role joining a great team helping the wider teams within the Council.
