We are recruiting to an exciting locum Information Manager opportunity within a highly reputable London Borough Council.

This is a remote working role and the assignment will begin on a 3 month contract, with a view to proceed on a rolling basis.

The duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing a team of 6 Information Officers/Coordinators
  • Overseeing the management of the Information Management function dealing with:
    • Freedom of Information requests
    • Data loss investigations
    • Subject Access Requests
    • Data Protection requests
  • Deliver training for and advise the wider teams at the Council on Information Governance matters

Our client is looking for somebody available on short notice with previous management experience within an Information Governance team. You must have a good understanding and experience of handling the duties mentioned above.
