Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a qualified Barrister or Solicitor to join a well-respected local authority based in the North West.

The successful candidate will be a Barrister with a minimum of 3 years PQE or a qualified Solicitor with higher rights of audience.

The main responsibility of the role is to conduct advocacy at the family court and high court, including contested and non-contested hearings. The caseload will mainly consist of childcare matters but may also include some adult social care cases.

The position will be full time for the initial period of 3 months, although the role could continue to 6 months and beyond. Our client can offer flexibility with remote working and condensed hours.
