Senior Insurance Litigation Lawyer is required to join a large organisation based in Northamptonshire on a permanent basis. This organisation currently undertakes work on behalf of a number of local authorities so you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients which will allow you to have a range of interesting routine and complex workloads.
As a Senior Insurance Litigation Lawyer, you will be required to undertake work in relation to claims varying from claims made against the council which include personal injury and damage claims, claims including negligence regarding childcare and debt recovery matters. You will have support from a paralegal within the litigation team also. Our client is looking someone with professionalism, calm demeanor and someone who is able to challenge. You will also be able to get involved with tendering for new business and SLAs which also adds variety and business development to the role.
Our client is happy to consider those from a private practice or public sector background but must have previous experience of dealing with insurance claims as you will be the lead within the organisation. There is scope further to widen your experience with other areas of litigation should this be of interest also. This role is remote working in the first instance however our client would require some office presence further down the line due to needing client interaction face to face.
