Interim E-Rostering Support Officer

A highly respected NHS trust is looking to recruit an experienced E-Rostering support officer on an interim basis for a period of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.

The role will require an excellent working knowledge and previous experience of NHS HR databases including ESR and HealthRoster alongside NHS Payroll experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Day to day management of a comprehensive and efficient first line support service for the HealthRoster System.
  • Provide first line support and technical advice and assistance for applications and HealthRoster systems used by all Trust staff and external customers.
  • Providing monthly information reports to senior managers relating to system usage and roster efficiency.
  • Produce monthly pay files and exports to payroll services and ESR team.

Recent and relevant experience is essential for this role. Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, be highly organised, with good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work meeting tight deadlines.
