Sellick Partnership have been engaged exclusively to recruit an interim Finance Business Partner for a fast paced, growth organisation who have seen significant growth in the past few years due to their unique technology and business model. The client is recruiting due to a maternity cover and will need someone in post on a short or immediate notice period.
This is a great opportunity to join a division of a global organisation which is going through a growth phase with much more scope for expansion. There are a number of greenfield developments which you will have a strong input on from a commercial analysis perspective. You will work alongside an experienced Finance Director and a number of global VP's to add real value to the commercial decision making.
As part of a lean finance team the Interim Finance Business Partner will work closely with UK & global VP's across the business, delivering financial analysis, review of costs, fix assets, new greenfield sites, working capital and where required ensuring accuracy of the month and year end process.
- Exceptional finance business partner experience with technical skills
- Strong financial analytics
- FP&A / reporting
- Cost & Variance analysis
- Senior Stakeholder Management
- All round accounting and analytical support to senior managers
- Co-ordinate budget and forecasting process
- Liaise with External auditors
You will be an experienced qualified finance business partner ( CIMA / ACA / ACCA ) with experience working in a divisional or group setting in a fast paced, growth business. Ideally from an engineering background however all industries considered.
