Interim Finance Manager

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an interim Finance Manager to join an NHS organisation in the East Midlands.

Key responsibilities for the interim Finance Manager:

  • Review and sign off monthly management accounts
  • Produce and maintain a robust forecast outturn position
  • Board reports
  • Production of monthly reporting pack for divisional escalation reviews
  • Capacity and Demand planning
  • Develop recovery plans for individual areas of the Division
  • Review accuracy of reported CIPs and establish new to bridge financial gap
  • Identify and verify new accounting and coding changes to report to CCGs
  • Manage and develop staff
  • Support Division developing business cases and capital bids

Essential experience for the interim Finance Manager:

  • NHS experience
