I am currently recruiting for a well respected not for profit organisation based in Manchester. They require an experience HR Senior Advisor / Business Partner to assist on a 3 month project involving redundancy and TUPE.

The successful applicant will be managing the consultation process, travelling around the Northwest of England leading the individual consultations.

The position is to start asap and will be for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility for extension. Alongside the consultations, the role will also support the strategic HR lead for the project on any other related HR matters that may arise.

Person specification

The Senior HR Advisor / Business Partner will be required to have recent and demonstrable experience of leading consultations for redundancy, with TUPE experience desirable but not essential. Due to the nature of the role, the successful applicant will be fully available for the months of August and September and must be available to start the contract on very short notice.
