Are you a Housing Lawyer with experience managing a team?

Sellick Partnership are excited to be recruiting to a brilliant new Interim Principal Housing Lawyer post.

Our client, a respected London Borough Council, is seeking a Principal Housing Disrepair Lawyer to join their friendly team on an interim basis.

The main duties of this role will include:

  • Holding a caseload of housing matters including disrepair
  • Managing a team of around 4 people
  • One to one supervision
  • Case allocation
  • Deputising for the Head of Legal

The successful candidate will have previously worked within a local authority and have experience of managing a team.

This is an interim role on a 3-month rolling contract until permanent recruitment takes place, it is a full-time post and will require office attendance in London at least twice a week.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for a Housing Lawyer with management experience to step into a Principal Lawyer position within a reputable London Council.
