Interim Programme Support Officer

Role Overview

This is a a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile public sector organisation and be part of a PMO office that is in process of delivering a programme of significant public benefit. This is an interim opportunity whilst the positon is recruited to on a long term fixed term contract.

The Programme Support Officer will have relevant project support and administration experience with exposure to project management principals and techniques and will have supported senior managers.

Person Specificaiton

The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications , developing and maintaining data management, filing and retrieval systems with exposure to commercial sensitive and confidential information.

Working with a fast paced and evolving environment you must have the ability to prioritise conflicting and extensive workloads alongside supporting corporate meetings in the production of minutes, writing reports and business letters.
