Interim Project Support Administrator

Sellick Partnership are currently working with an organisation in Derbyshire to recruit an Interim Project Support Administrator. This role is integral to the running of a new programme the organisation is implementing.

The Project Support Administrator will be -

  • Supporting the PMO Team in requesting updates for, updating, & maintaining
    • Project Task Lists, with timescales, dependencies & resources
    • Project Risks, with risk scores, mitigating plans, & controls
    • Project Actions, with timescales, owners, & RAG rating
    • Project Issues, with RAG rating, mitigating plans, and controls
    • Project Communication Plan
  • Regular meetings with relevant parties, including:
    • Arranging Project Board, Project Team, 1-2-1s, Workstream updates, and other project related meetings
    • Meeting with Project/Programme Managers to provide update on project progress
    • Creating & distributing meeting agendas & meeting notes/minutes
    • Collating relevant project info for Project/Programme Manager to produce reporting from
    • Updating action log, risks & other plans following meetings
  • Ensuring information is available for PMO Team, & updating reports around:
    • Individual project status & progress
    • Combined DHU projects status & progress
    • Resource availability and requirements
    • Risks & Issues
    • Actions
  • Additional
    • Supporting PMO with presentations, additional project documentation, and updating Presentations
    • Creating, maintaining & updating DHU resource calendar for projects
    • Supporting with potential new projects and bids for new/continuing/amended services and contracts
    • Creating new templates and documents that support the PMO team with planning, delivering and reporting against the project
    • Requesting & collating lessons learnt from a project
    • Ability to support simultaneous areas of work, programmes, and/or projects & results in chasing and following-up on tasks, actions & updates from other people
    • Good attention to detail
    • Any other reasonable duties as required from time to time.
