Interim Skills and Development Manager
This is an urgent requirement for an experienced Learning and Development specialist to join a high profile, not for profit organisation on an interim basis for a period of approx. 2-3 months.
Acting as the Skills and Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the organisations skills agenda, skills & development and apprenticeship strategies to support delivery of the strategic objectives in relation skills development alongside leading the delivery of our internal skills & development business support service.
It is critical for the appointed Interim Skills and Development Manager to have demonstrable recent and relevant experience to be able to quickly pick up the existing workload and manage the service whilst the permanent position is recruited for.
The ideal candidate will be degree educated and CIPD qualified. Being a multi-site organisation, there will be a requirement to work flexibly between Manchester and Leeds as required.
