Interim Team Manager - Commercial Contracts
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting an experienced Team Manager on behalf of a busy local authority to lead the commercial contracts and information governance teams.
Within this role you will lead a team of nine experienced legal professionals alongside managing a personal caseload of high profile / complex commercial contracts and project work.
Highlights of the role
- Minimum duration of 4 months
- Managing a team of nine within the contracts and information governance teams
- Personal caseload of commercial contracts matters and transformation projects
- Stakeholder management including the Senior Leadership Team and Councillors
- Hybrid working. The role can be conducted largely remotely with some office presence required
The successful candidate will have previous management experience within a local authority or wider public sector setting. They will also have a extensive experience and knowledge of dealing with commercial contracts matters. Previous experience of information governance law is desirable but not essential for this role. Applicants will need to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive to be considered for this role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on some interesting casework as well as managing a stable and experienced legal team.
