Are you a newly-qualified or junior Lawyer seeking your next challenge? We are working closely with a North London Council to recruit to their fantastic Legal team.

This assignment is expected to be for at least 6 months and has the potnetial to extend on a rolling basis. You will be working predominantly from homeand ideally attend the office up to once a week.

Your duties will include:

  • Handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings
  • Providing advice on any public law childcare legislation
  • Advocacy (optional)

You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive to be considered for this post. My client is ideally looking for someone with a public sector background but will also consider applicants from private practice if you can demonstrate sufficient childcare experience.
