Fantastic opportunity for a newly-qualified Lawyer with contracts experience!

Sellick Partnership are assisting a London Council to help them find a Junior Company Lawyer to join them to work on a winding-up project. This is a locum contract but will be long running, 12 months or so.

The Junior Company Lawyer will work in a team environment focusing on this project and will:

  • Handle contracts, including works and services, terms and conditions, framework agreements, etc.
  • Dissolve and wind-up contracts
  • Liaise daily with the Project Team
  • Work alongside a Senior Company Lawyer on all contracts matters for this project

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic newly-qualified lawyer to develop their experience, work on interesting matters and learn about local authority and corporate governance.

The council are looking for candidates with experience of commercial and contracts law. Local authority experience is not required.

The Junior Company Lawyer will be able to work remotely but should be prepared to go into the offices on an ad hoc basis at some point during the assignment.
