Junior Contracts Manager

About the Role:
A NHS related Life Science Company is looking for a Junior Contracts Manager to join the team for a minimum of 3 months starting in December. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Contracts experience in a paralegal or administration setting and passionate about handling and drafting contracts. Strong experience in the likes of CDAs, MTAs and Consulting Agreements is also desirable.

Key Requirements

The ideal candidate for this Junior Contracts Manager role will have:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Contracts Paralegal or Contracts Administrator
  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Experience with the likes of CDAs, MTAs and Consulting Agreements is beneficial
  • Available to start 01 December 2019

Key responsibilities
The successful candidate for this Junior Contracts Manager role will be required to:

  • Drafting and negotiating basic contracts
  • General assistance and support to the team
