Are you a Newly Qualified or Junior Employment Lawyer looking for a locum position within a well-respected London local authority?
Our client is looking for a Junior Employment Lawyer with at least two years post qualification experience to join their friendly and hardworking team on a locum basis. This is a 3 month initial contract that is likely to be on-going. The hybrid working arrangement on offer is predominantly remote, though our client would like the successful candidate to attend the office one day per week.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding and in-depth knowledge of Employment law and will be able to handle their own caseload. The caseload will include a variety of employment matters including:
- Unfair Dismissal
- Settlement Agreements
- Court and chambers attendance for litigation matters as appropriate
