Junior Planning Law Locum
This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified or junior lawyer to expand and develop on their planning law knowledge and experience. Working for a busy yet supportive local authority legal team, this role will be to manage a varied caseload of planning law matters including:
- General planning advice
- s106 agreements
- Lawful Development Certificates
- Enforcement work
Some previous experience of planning law is essential for this role, we are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive.
This role can be conducted on a fully remote basis
