Sellick Partnership is looking for a Junior Planning Lawyer to join an excellent local authority in the North West. As Junior Planning Lawyer you will join a friendly and supportive team on a locum bases for the next 2 months.
As Junior Planning Lawyer your duties will include:
- Handling a caseload local authority planning matters, including s.106 agreements, Deed of Variations and s278
- Providing legal advice to wider Council stakeholders
- Attending planning committee and acting as a representative on planning development committee
