Newly qualified or Junior Property Lawyer is required to join a local authority based in the northern Home Counties.
The ideal candidate will be able to pick up routine property matters to include commercial leases, licenses and other general property matters.
The role also has some really good opportunities to work alongside a senior lawyer and for someone to partake in development and regeneration projects to assist with your own professional development.
The post requires someone to ideally have experience within the public sector but is happy to consider candidates with private practice experience who is looking at a career in local government.
